At the heart of Giro D’Italia’s menu is a celebration of Italy’s diverse regions, with monthly rotating specialties that spotlight the best dishes from across the country. Whether indulging in the tender Rigatoni Bolognese — house-made rigatoni bathed in a hearty meat ragu topped with shaved Grana Padano — or the velvety richness of the Pappardelle al Ragu di Agnello, served with slow-cooked lamb ragout and pecorino shavings, each plate bursts with depth and authenticity. It's a stylish place with elegant design and very high ceiling. Service is very good. Music is not too loud. Usually the restaurant offers a main menu as well as a regional one, featuring different regions of Italy, but in December they serve "the best of" regional cuisines. Thus, variety of dishes is narrower than during the rest of the year We were given complimentary freshly baked foccacio bread. Insalata Caprina It's a very well balanced salad with cherry tomatoes, green olives, cucumber and crumbled goat cheese, as a side salad for meat it's just perfect Branzino in Crostata di Patate A dish representing Campania region - baked branzino fillet with potato crust on a carrot and potato puree. The dish offers pleasant combination of flavors and very thin slices of potato keeps the fish juicy. It was really good! Stewed Rabbit - Coniglio alla Ponzese A dish representing Lazio region (the island of Ponza). Stewed rabbit with cherry tomatoes, vinegar, garlic, and parsley, and served with vegetable of the day. It was a bit dry and boring, I would say it was the only disappointment of the evening. Crema di Cogne A dish representing Valle D'Aosta. It's a cream made of hazelnuts, almonds, and dark chocolate, served with thin biscuits made with ground hazelnuts and almonds. The cream has an intense hazelnut and chocolate flavor and is nice, but the desert wasn't elegant and unique enough, so I wasn't really impressed. Americano comes with a complimentary biscotti. Overall, it's a very good place and worth a visit, although, not all the dishes are impressive enough.
Giro D’Italia Ristorante offers a fresh and authentic Italian dining experience. The menu changes each month to highlight a different region of Italy, so there’s always something new to try from handmade pastas and wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas to fresh seafood and rich desserts. The food is full of bold, traditional flavors, using high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is warm and stylish, with high ceilings, wood and marble accents, and an open kitchen where you can see the chefs at work. It feels upscale but relaxed, great for date nights, family dinners, or special occasions. The service is friendly, and the overall vibe is inviting and lively.
One of my Italian friends told me about this place. We went there and ordered 3pastas and a pizza. The Pastas were delicious but the Pizza was in another level, it was extraordinary.
Went as a family Christmas gathering , grow of 10. Food and service were exceptional. Ingredients and quality are good. Found the atmosphere little dark. Pricing is Fair for what you get.
Tried Giro for the first time & it did not disappoint. Caught the last day of the Lazio region menu, which is my favorite. The Rigatoni Alla Zozzona was incredible - perfectly al dente. The Amatriciana Sbagliata pizza was also an excellent appetizer - very thin and flavorful. Looking forward to trying the monthly region specials next time!
Started right from the hostess, Cassandra was awesome hilarious genuine sweet and kind. Made us laugh. Enrico is a class act and was great as usual. Food was on par and enjoyed by all.
The food here is absolutely five-star worthy. Every dish we ordered was delicious, fresh, and authentically Italian. The pasta was perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. The pizza was outstanding as well — light, crispy crust with high-quality toppings that made each bite memorable. It’s very clear that the kitchen takes pride in the food, and it truly shows. The only drawback was the service. While the staff were polite and professional, the service was noticeably slow. It took longer than expected to place our order and to get our meals, even though the restaurant wasn’t overly busy at the time. The waiters were courteous, but not very attentive, which made the experience feel less smooth compared to the excellent food. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for incredible Italian cuisine. The food alone is worth coming back for, and with some improvements to the service, this place could easily become one of the very best Italian dining spots in the city.
Every year for the past few years my work has been coming here for their annual Christmas Dinner. This place did NOT disappoint. Everything was amazing from the appetizers to the pasta course to the steak perfectly cooked. Dessert was home made and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!!!
